I attended Dr Warrilow's minor surgery clinic on the 4th October to have a cyst removed under local anaesthetic. Both the nurses who were with him and Dr Warrilow himself were very kind and caring and updated me throughout the procedure. They have a lovely 'bedside' manner that puts you at ease and relaxes you when having the procedure carried out. Thank you.

Had a small procedure, under local anaesthetic, to remove an annoying lump from my shoulder and was surprised to see two GP's waiting to attend to me, Dr Bill Warrilow and his GP wife (sorry forgot her name). We didn't stop chatting from the moment I entered the room, didn't feel a thing (apart from a small scratch of the first injection) and didn't realise they had finished until they said I could get up off the bed. The whole procedure took minutes but I could have stayed for hours talking to this wonderful pair. Just wish I lived in Charing so I could have these guys as my regular GP’s – team Warrilow rock!

Hello, This doctor was absolutely brilliant and lovely. Introduced himself and shook my hand, very friendly made me laugh and very professional. Examined my lump on my shoulder, said what it was and how I probably got it, and what the procedure was even a little diagram.
